Why should we hire you?
Because you prefer remembering the moment in all of its messy glory over perfection. You want real, raw, honest images that tell the story of your day. Sure, we will get a few 'gram-worthy shots too, but you want authentic story telling - pictures that will remind you of every sound and scent and feeling held in that moment.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Turnaround time for weddings is typically 10 weeks. Family sessions are delivered within 4 weeks.
How many pictures do we get?
Weddings average about 50 images/hour. Portrait sessions yield anywhere from 30-120 images depending on the collection chosen. View the Session Fee page for more details.
Will I get all of the pictures you take?
Nope! But you will get the best of the best and the most meaningful. I leave out all of the photos of people mid-blink, the generally unflattering angles, or duplicate images. Rest assured you really won't be missing anything.
Are you available for travel?

What if we need to reschedule?
As a mom of 4, I completely understand that life happens. I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you do need to reschedule - preferably at least 24 hours in advance, though I do try to remain flexible even for last-minute reschedules. Your session fee will be transferred to your new session date. After a third reschedule, your session fee may be forfeited and a new session fee may be required to book.
How do we book?
First, fill out the contact form below or email me at hello@jackilabelle.com. If you'd like, we can meet up for coffe or happy hour to see if we are a match made in heaven. When you are ready to book, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to hold the date. Then we make magic together!
