1. Why should we work with you?
Because you prefer remembering the moment in all of its messy glory over perfection. You want real, raw, honest images that tell the story of your life. Sure, we'll get a few 'gram-worthy shots too, but what you really want is authentic story telling - pictures that 20 years from now will remind you of every sound and scent and feeling from today. You want proof of the moments that you never even knew you'd want to remember forever.
2. How long does it take to receive my images?
Turnaround time for weddings is typically 10 weeks. Family sessions are delivered within 4 weeks.
3. How many pictures do we get?
Weddings and portrait sessions yield around 50 images per hour.
4. Will I receive all of the pictures you take?
Nope! But you will get the best of the best and the most meaningful. I leave out all of the photos of people mid-blink, the generally unflattering angles, or duplicate images. Rest assured you really won't be missing anything.
5. Are you available for travel?
I am! Travel fees may apply.
6. What if we need to reschedule?
As a mom of 4, I completely understand that life happens. I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you do need to reschedule - preferably at least 24 hours in advance, though I do try to remain flexible even for last-minute reschedules. Your session fee will be transferred to your new session date. After a third reschedule, your session fee may be forfeited and a new session fee may be required to book.
7. How do we book?
First, fill out the contact form below or email me at hello@jackilabelle.com. If you'd like, we can meet up for coffee or happy hour to see if we are a match made in heaven. When you are ready to book, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to hold the date. Then we make magic together!
8. Can you tell me more about the membership?
The Legacy Membership is a great way to save on multiple sessions throughout the year. Membership offers you up to 2 sessions EVERY MONTH for 12 months. Even if you only use 3 sessions for the entire year, the membership pays for itself in full.
You can choose to book for the entire year at a one-time payment of $2100 or $175 per month, or you can choose a low-commitment month-to-month plan at $199 per month (3-month commitment, cancel any time after).
Enrollment is only open December through January.
